    This includes setting up user accounts, security controls, devices, cloud services, and applications such as Microsoft 365, as well as configuring systems to meet performance, compliance, and reliability requirements. Ongoing management ensures systems remain secure, up to date, and aligned with business needs through monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, backups, and continuous improvement.

  • The systems & cloud administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing an organization’s technology infrastructure across both on‑premises and cloud environments. This role includes administering user accounts, permissions, devices, and applications; configuring and supporting platforms such as Microsoft 365, cloud identity services, and security tools; and ensuring systems are reliable, scalable, and compliant with organizational policies.

    A Systems and Cloud Administrator also monitor performance, applies updates and patches, troubleshoots issues, manages backups and disaster recovery, and proactively improves systems to support business operations securely and efficiently.
